PAYMENT

Please complete the order form and send with a cheque made payable "Twice Graphics" to 805 Bonham Trade Centre, 50 Bonham Strand East, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
In case of urgency, please fax the booking form for space reservation. All fees must be sent to the Advertising Agency subsequently within seven days for final confirmation.

Conditions of Advertisement Placements

The Publisher reserves the right to decline or withhold publication of any advertisement.
The Advertiser shall indemnify the Occupational Safety & Health Council against all damages, penalties, costs and expenses to which the Council may become liable or may reasonably pay as a result of insertion of any advertisement either by the Advertiser or any agent of the Advertiser in the Directory which involves the infringement of any letters patent, registered design copyright or trademark, claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy.
The Advertiser is responsible for protecting and indemnifying the Publisher from any claims or expenses resulting from the unauthorized use of any material whatsoever supplied by the Advertiser in connection with advertising in Directory.
Bookings for advertisements are non-cancelable. Otherwise the Advertiser is liable for compensating the Publisher for all financial losses arising form the cancellation.
